  11.  -q quiet mode
  12.  -n builds the .pdb file without compression
  13.  -b option compresses/decompresses binary
  14.  -p private, #=0 private off (default=off)
  15.  -c category, #=[0-15] category number (default=0)
  16.  -o output filename (encoding mode default=<text-file>.pdb)
  17.                     (decoding mode default=stdout)
  18.  -t title (max=31, default=<text-file>)

  21. I compiled the source from the original Unix version, so Kadar Tanuwidjaja is
